Bug#680194: rename Kernel-Packages to allow a less missleading uname -r output

Which would break, for example, module-assistant.

I would like to do this, but we would have to take care to avoid filling
up /boot with a large number of installed packages.

It should instead recommend 'cat /proc/version'.
