And that is my issue. I don't really know how to figure out
snapshot.debian.org.

I usually use Andrea's debdelta service to minimize my diffs so I
usually install 6 to 12 hours after a .deb is available (this is of
course when his service is up).
I don't really know how to use snapshot.debian.org or what should I
give in the search box so I get the desired .deb package.

I tried that but none of it made any effect :(
If you do find the kernel version maybe I'll install it and see.
It's also possible that some changes with ALSA (new/newer version)
might be conflicting with the kernel but this is mere speculation at
this point in time.
