I just reviewed the history of sbs-battery and bq20z75 carefully, and it
looks like my guess does not match reality: sbs-battery and bq20z75
drive the same hardware, and the change just represents a rename.  I do
see a couple of fixes to sbs-battery after the renaming that seem
potentially useful, but not sufficiently so to backport them unless
someone needs them.
