Actually, the tar invocations I'm changing to use xz compression are
done during source preparation, not during auto-building.  For
auto-building, dpkg-dev is responsible for decompression and must define
the right dependencies to cover all supported compression formats.
Therefore I don't think any new build-dependency is required.
