Browsing the upstream changelogs, I see no mention of edid but several i2c updates, and one likely suspect (in the 3.2.14 changelog): drm/radeon/kms: fix analog load detection on DVI-I connectors commit e00e8b5e760cbbe9067daeae5454d67c44c8d035 upstream. https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47007 My TV happens to be connected with a dvi->vga connector too. Currently trying to compile Debian's 3.2.15 without the e00e8b commit. |
