SOLVED yeah!

kernel command line must have "pnpbios=off" i tested enought and i
search too, theres no other solution, theres a issue sith toshiva
satellite A204 bios and similars..  and theres no bios upgrades that
solved this! With kernel comand line parameter "pnpbios=off" acpi irq
handles correctly.

If this parameter its not added the NEC/TOKIN 0E907 capacitor lowly
follow in a degradation.. and laptop hangs when pluged the AC conector
adapter.
