The patch that fixed this upstream (v3.1-rc10~19, "x86/PCI: use host
bridge _CRS info on ASUS M2V-MX SE", 2011-08-31) has some dependencies
with subtle consequences, so I am not sure how to fix this.

2.6.32.y does have support for the pci=use_crs parameter (see
arch/x86/pci/common.c).  Do I understand correctly that, unlike later
kernels, the squeeze kernel does not benefit from it?
