After upgrading to 3.2.0-2-688-pae (from 3.2.0-1-686-pae), I started getting tons of log messages:

I didn't try the patch, but the workaround of adding nmi_watchdog=0 to the kernel command line did the trick.
I am running on a cpu family: 15, which is supposedly the problem:

The system seems to be running fine (for an hour now) with the watchdog turned off.
I'll report back here if either it breaks again, or if my other server starts breaking too.
This didn't happen on the prior kernel at all.
>From the internet reports, it appears that it happens on 3.3 kernels as well, so I didn't try upgrading to unstable.
