Wireless-tools does not set the regolatory domain. The crda tool from the crda
package does. Even so, this is not linked to the language you configure, since
that has nothing to do with where you are. If you have the crda package
installed, I believe you can set the country you are in in the file
/etc/default/crda.

This is a problem with the kernel driver, not with the wireldss-tools package,
I'm therefore reassigning this bug to the linux-2.6 package.
