I have made step 1 and step 2.
after booting in new kernel, all begin working without patch.
when I have been making localmodconfig, i have enabled compiling of
intel wireless cards as module. (disabled by default)
Am attaching config files.

I have not disabled module in any boot scripts.

What I should to do now?
Oh, my mistake. "make localmodconfig" works by checking which modules
you have loaded, and presumably you had unloaded acer_wmi to work around
this bug!

You can re-enable it with

	apt-get install libncurses5-dev
	make nconfig

	Navigate to:

--> Device Drivers --> X86 Platform Specific Device Drivers
	 -->  Acer WMI Laptop Extras

	Press:

	M;<F9>;<enter>

Patch works fine.
acer-wmi module loaded, but wifi is working.
Any more information needed?
