Bug#654800: Please, add CONFIG_STAGING_MEDIA=y and CONFIG_EASYCAP=m to the config files

Being a staging driver, I just thought that it would be a good idea
for the distribution to have more detailed dmesg logs to ask the users
to send in case of problems (and, when pertinent, to send upstream),
but if you don't see that need, just drop that part of my request.

(The driver does not work 100% anyway, but almost, and I am trying to
debug why).
