Bug#613321: linux-image-amd64: Please enable 'memtest' option for all linux kernels

Sorry Ben,

I feel like I need to clarify some ambiguity of our communication.

When in reply to bug filed against linux-image-amd64 you sad "Your request 
cannot be satisfied since the MEMTEST option is only available for x86",
my perception let me think that for some reason you meant the feature cannot 
be enabled for amd64.

Now I realize you probably meant MEMTEST will be available only on x86 i.e. on 
amd64 (aka x86_64) and on i386 (aka x86_32) but not on other platforms.

This is certainly good enough for me since like vast majority of users I have 
only x86 in my possession. 
I reckon many people might feel satisfied.
