Done that, but the problem still exists. It is not so critical, hence I use
sshfs as a backup solution.

ii  nfs-common                               1:1.2.3-1
...
ii  rpcbind                                  0.2.0-6

still I get:
sm-notify[2521]: Already notifying clients; Exiting
