Ping?  It would be nice to get this working reliably out of the
box.

If you can reproduce it with a 3.x kernel from sid or experimental
(the only other packages from outside squeeze that would be needed to
test are linux-base and initramfs-tools), then we can report this
upstream and get help that way; and if this is already fixed in a 3.x
kernel, we can look for the patch that fixed it and try applying it
to squeeze.
