Bug#642066: linux-image-loongson-2f: Please include gnewsense patches

Currently the kernel is missing various bits of functionality, such as webcam
operation and battery monitoring. Googling, I found this functionality is
enabled if a Linux Libre kernel is used. However I have not been able to verify
this, since the kernel does not install on my machine.

I kindly request that the patches available at the following URL be included in
the Debian package:
