Thanks for reporting it.  Basic questions:

 - What kernel version do you use?  "dpkg-query -W linux-image-$(uname -r)"
   should say.

 - Please attach the output of "dmesg" immediately after boot and the
   output of

	/usr/share/bug/linux-image-$(uname -r)/script 3>&1

   any time, so we can get a better idea of how the kernel perceives
   your hardware.

 - Have you tried any other kernel versions?  Did previous versions work?
   Any workarounds (e.g., do other keyboards work)?  Any other weird
   symptoms that could shed light on this?
