Thanks for a useful report and sorry for the delay in responding.

I don't see any relevant fixes upstream unfortunately, but JMB363 is
supposed to work.  If you get a chance, please test a recent v3.x
version from unstable, letting us know the result, and if that fails
then describe the symptoms to linux-ide@vger.kernel.org, cc-ing Aries
Lee <arieslee@jmicron.com> and this bug log.
