What do you mean by 'swap space not used'?  No swap space
configured?

swap
configured, it simply is not used.

Please test version 3.0.0-1, now in testing and unstable.

3.0.0 kernel has no such problem, but it eats my laptop battery is 30-40% faster than 2.6.39

So I'd like to stay with the kernel 2.6.39.
