Bug#620848: linux-image-3.0.0-1 still gets this problem

Dear maintainers,

I do not know, if the patch, which I successfully tested is already 
implemented in linux-image-3.0.0-1, but if YES, then I have to tell you, that 
the problem is still existing.

If you did NOT implement the patch (see 
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=22052), then I will wait for the 
next kernel version. It would be nice, if you could give me just a little 
info, that I know the status. :)
