Bug#631354: linux-image-2.6.39-2-amd64: Kernel doesn't boot (fs error)

For some reason, no initramfs has been generated for this kernel
version.  Are you sure the installation completed successfully?  Can you
send the section of /var/log/dpkg.log showing recent upgrades?

In any case, you'll need to run 'update-initramfs -c -k 2.6.39-2-amd64'
to fix this.
