Bug#622971: Ath9K wireless quite unreliable since upgrade to 2.6.38

I'm seeing this as well, with 2.6.38-2-amd64, but also with .37.

For me, modprobe doesn't fix the problem. I have to reboot each time.
Sometimes the failure happens immediately after booting, but sometimes
the wifi connection will work for an hour or more with no problem.
I've seen the problem on both encrypted and unencrypted networks, and
on n, g, and b.

03:00.0 Network controller: Atheros Communications Inc. AR9287 Wireless Network Adapter (PCI-Express) (rev 01)

is the card, in an X200T with a modified BIOS.
