When re-adding into an MD array a device that previously was not
completely recovered, it becomes a full member of the array.

Bug already has been fixed in the upstream kernel. Commit ID in the git.kernel.org: 1a855a0606653d2d82506281e2c686bacb4b2f45

We already got this via stable update 2.6.32.28.  For some reason I
didn't include this in the summary in debian/changelog (there are too
many fixes to list them all).
