Bug#619317: linux-image-2.6.32-5-xen-686: booting via hypervisor slows bootup significant (hang) and also slow on runtime

Okay .... "hpet=disable" seems not to work, while "cpuidle=off" did work also 
quite well instead of “max_cstate=1″.
