Ok, so i've reported the bug to fdo and this is the report: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35466And in the meantime Chris Wilson has already kindly replied and closed the bug. In his reply there are interesting infos (that perhaps you already know) on interaction between different version of kernel and driver.
