Bug#610085: using 2.6.32-5 kernel (debian/testing) couses my xeon x3430 to crash at bootup hanging on various unpredictable modules

You have virtualbox module loaded. We can't and won't support this.
Please disable and test again.

If it still happens then: does it also happen with the 2.6.37 from
experimental?
