More importantly though, it was said that we should see what the kernel folks do. With the aforementioned patch, the kernel maintainers have more or less answered the question and as already said, this patch will land in .36 and the Debian kernel for that matter. Do you see any problems, why this patch should not be in the .32 (squeeze) kernel?
