The fix mentioned in previous message from waldi, says this fixed in
2.6.35-rc5.

Sorry, I just simply cannot reproduce this problem with 2.6.32-9 and
earlier version which waldi also mentioned the last known working
version in 2.6.32-9. So I believe this bug are the same.
Does any patch available that I can test to determine this bug are solved?
