Bug#590022: lilo: Needs to install kernel and initramfs update hooks

Package: lilo
Version: 1:22.8-8.1
Severity: serious

lilo can no longer rely on explicit support from kernel packages or
initramfs-tools, and must install hook scripts. The policy for these
is documented in:

http://kernel-handbook.alioth.debian.org/ch-update-hooks.html

Ben.
