forgot to post due to several ongoing stuff,
2.6.32-11 upload to debian unstable has:

 * Update openvz patch to 14a9729fab67. (closes: #574598, #575189)

also fixes #576130 and #576131.


we expect 2.6.32-12 soon with pending libata HPA fixes.
may update openvz soonish to the 2 new fixes since 14a9729fab67.
