Bug#573604: linux-source-2.6.32: getting continuous ieee80211_parse_info_param(): athros AP is exist messages
Package: linux-source-2.6.32
Version: 2.6.32-9
Severity: important
I have compiled and installed a kernel from this package on an otherwise Lenny
system. I did this in order to use the RTL8192E drivers. I obtained the
RTL8192 firmware and installed it at /lib/firmware/RTL8192E. The wireless is
working but syslog is recording hundreds of the athros AP is exist messages.
