It doesn't occur in a normal installation on the console, so I would
assume it's fine in the text installer too.

This seems like a bug in the graphical front-end.  It should use a
scrolling text area if necessary.

We're not supposed to let users install the firmware without presenting
them with the licence conditions.  Setting the default to 'accept' makes
it possible that they never see them (due to a high required priority).
Yes, I know users don't read them anyway.  But if we don't go through
this charade then we could be forbidden to distribute the firmware at
all.
