Bug#605448: linux-image-2.6.32-5-xen-amd64: xen dom0 and domU hang on reboot/halt
I can reproduce the problem. The guest never really quits:
squeeze64:~# dpkg-query -W linux-image-$(uname -r)
linux-image-2.6.32-5-amd64 2.6.32-28
squeeze64:~# halt
