please post the following file:
cat /etc/initramfs-tools/modules

what are you talking about?
the radeon linux-2.6 module should not be loaded in initramfs
unless you know what you are doing, empty your
/etc/initramfs-tools/modules if it is in there and regenerate
update-initramfs.
 

currently you have brought zero evidence of a bug,
even the dmesg snippet just looks fine.
