Thanks for the info, I'll update the kernel. One question regarding the firmware: 

# ethtool -i eth0
driver: bnx2
version: 2.0.2
firmware-version: 5.2.2 NCSI 2.0.8
bus-info: 0000:02:00.0

We have a new Dell server with installed firmware version 5.2.2. If I look debian package firmware-bnx2 lenny (stable) (http://packages.debian.org/lenny/all/firmware-bnx2/filelist), I can see it's version 4.0.5. Also the testing branch includes an older version. Do you suggest to keep firmware 5.2.2 or should we downgrade the firmware with one of the debian packages?
