Sorry for late response. I haven't had a Debian box in IPv6 network around lately. Anyway, both bugs are still present in 2.6.32-5-686.Did you test a current kernel?
For the ease of testing, I'm attaching two scripts for both bugs and their outputs respectively.
I am not convinced about merging those two bugs (514644 and 514646) - IMHO they are related to different issues. But I am not unmerging them since I don't want to revert DD's decision.
