I downloaded the latest nvidia graphic card driver 195.xx.xx.
However, linux-image-2.6.32-5-686 can not load nvidia.ko generated after running
nvidia-195.xx.xx.run from NVIDIA official web.

It build fine, see the buildd logs.

non-free and not part of the kernel source. No bug here.
