In the last debianized version of the kernel 2.6.32 I have found nouveau.ko but
this is not possible to get it compiling source from package linux-
source-2.6.32, because the configuration file is missing the option
CONFIG_DRM_NOUVEAU

If you need help building your kernel at least provide a build log...
