Bug#579755: linux-2.6: Please enable CONFIG_CGROUP_DEBUG

Hi kernel team,

 CONFIG_CGROUP_DEBUG is needed for "systemd", another replacement of sysvinit.
 It seems to be very interesting and useful (also aggressive :) one. For more

 systemd author says this option would not cause noticeable performance impact.

 But if enabling this option would cause any harm, please let me know. And if
 not, please consider to enable it.
