Bug#580424: Similar behaviour
I hav also noticet similar behaviour of brken framebuffer. On my nx9420
laptop kernel 2.6.32-5 breaks synchronisation and I see resynched lines all
over the screen. This behaviour is tha same even if it enters X or stays in
single user mode. I've tested also
linux-image-2.6.33-2-686_2.6.33-1~experimental.5_i386.deb and there is no
such behaviour. But when I switch to console it happens again. Kernel
2.6.32-3 works OK.
