Bug#580652: linux-libc-dev 2.6.32-12 breaks KVM and QEMU

linux-libc-dev version 2.6.32-12 has a backport of "KVM: x86: Add
KVM_GET/SET_VCPU_EVENTS", without the corresponding "KVM: x86: Extend
KVM_SET_VCPU_EVENTS with selective updates" backport. This breaks KVM
and KVM support in QEMU.
It should either be reverted or the second should also be backported.
