Version: 2.6.30-6
Severity: important
File: linux-image-2.6.30-1

Hi,

since 2.6.30 I experience problems with the iwlagn driver. Under load
or without load after some hours of usage it simply locks up.
Meaning that network-manager does not notice that there is no
working connection to the AP anymore, but its not possible
to make traffic anyway.

These problems come always with this message:
[ 1251.660948] iwlagn 0000:03:00.0: Microcode SW error detected.
Restarting 0x82000000.

Forcing network-manager to restablish the connection works
after some seconds of waiting time. After that the connection
is stable.. for a while, until the problems comes back
or until I make some traffic.

Notice, that the firmware-iwlwifi package is the latest
sid version.

Best Regards,
Patrick
