Bug#423082: Problem with Belkin USB 2.0 Notebook Card in Toshiba 4000CDS.

I suspect that the Cardbus USB adapter or the power supply to the
Cardbus slot may be faulty.  Do other Cardbus cards work properly in
this slot?  Can you test the adapter in a Windows system (after
installing any Windows driver that came with it)?
