Package: linux-2.6
Version: 2.6.32-2
Severity: normal

I am experiencing the problem described here:
http://article.gmane.org/gmane.linux.kernel/927536/
after upgrading to the 2.6.32 kernel.

The symptom is that after boot, the current virtual console is not tty1, but
instead, for example, tty6 or tty3 (apparently randomly).

version: 2.6.32-3

This bug, whereby a random tty would be chosen as the current virtual console
during the boot process, appears to have been fixed as of kernel 2.6.32-3,
probably as a result of the changes introduced upstream in 2.6.32.2.

I can no longer reproduce the problem.
