You can get the latest tar ball from sid and the debian dir from
svn://svn.debian.org/svn/kernel/dists/sid/linux-2.6/debian
For test kernels of the next kernel version (2.6.32-rcX at the
moment), you can find the debian dir at
svn://svn.debian.org/svn/kernel/dists/trunk/linux-2.6/debian and the
tar ball currently at http://people.debian.org/~benh/
In this case, Ben identified the build failure yesterday but we really
need someone to do *regular* test builds of powerpc kernels and fix
problems before the kernel is uploaded to the archive.
