Sorry, that was a typo, pcibackend.hide is in _dom0_ menu.lst and
swiotlb=force is now also set in _dom0_.

in the _domU_ config is this
[ ... ]
vif         = [ 'mac=00:16:3E:39:2D:0A' ]
pci        = [ '0000:03:05.0', '0000:03:06.0', '0000:03:07.0' ]
[ ... ]

I will return when the server is returned to live after reboot later today.
