  Add '-fno-delete-null-pointer-checks' to gcc CFLAGS

It was recently discovered that a default gcc optimization allows for
an unexpected class of security issues for the linux kernel:

Upstream has disabled this optimization, and we have backported this
change for sid. We should do the same for stable.
