The description reads:

   This package depends on the latest binary image for Linux kernel on
   Pentium Pro/Celeron/Pentium II/Pentium III/Pentium 4 machines.

This package depends on linux-image-2.6.26-1-686 version 2.6.23-13 which is marked as obsolete while the latest kernel is packaged as linux-image-2.6.28-1-686 with version 2.6.28-1.

The linux-image-686 should no more depend on linux-image-2.6.26-1-686 bu on linux-image-2.6.28-1-686.

linux-latest-2.6 has been updated in sid now. Closing this bug.
