Same here.  Me, clients and friends use 10-12 non-cmov boards.

non-cmov EPIA and Eden boards are still available in northern european 
shops and quite cheap.

(The new Intel boards are much better, but even if cheaper, they have 
special PSU requirements so might still end up being more expensive all 
in all.)
