Right, looks reasonable.  Actually I should have read this off the
original log messages.

It looks like this is a known regression, and not yet solved:
<http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13648>.  We'll track that
bug report and pick up any fixes for it.

Please could you test whether this has somehow been fixed in Linux
2.6.32, currently in unstable?
