Examining /etc/kernel/postinst.d.

Obviously, the /etc/kernel/postinst.d/initramfs-tools hook is run for
every kernel (and it seems to run at the wrong time btw) so the fact
it is running does not say anything.

However, the official kernel also says "Running mkinitramfs-kpkg."
